This class is the perfect fit for anybody who is looking for a very gentle way to connect with and heal the body, mind and spirit. We use a chair as our main prop, for seated and standing postures, allowing for more accessibility to your body in a safe way. If sitting on the floor isn’t for you, or perhaps you’re recovering from injury...we welcome you with open arms. This class is adaptable for all. We move mindfully through stretching, strengthening and finding balance, with many options being offered to find what works best for you. Please join us to connect to your physical body while turning inward to the peace that lives within. Together we'll breathe and arrive more fully into the present moment . This class is great for relieving anxiety and letting go of stress. Beginners welcome!
