Sunday, April 21st, 2024, 3:30pm-4:45pm Per Class rate is $40 Please arrive 10 minutes early, so we can start on time. Location: We'll be at Austin Yoga Tree- a lovely spacious studio space! Address: 10401 Anderson Mill Rd, Unit 105B, Austin, TX 78750, *Wear comfy clothes and bring a warmer layer as body temp tends to drop during this practice. ** The studio has lots of props (tons of blankets, a bolster for each person, many blocks, and some mats. Please bring your own mat if you have one and anything else that will be supportive and comfy for you! Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique with proven benefits in reducing tension in the body and the mind. It is known for relieving stress, anxiety and insomnia. It may clear creative blocks, be quite motivating as well as work to heal trauma living in the body. It is said 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours of deep sleep! We will begin with a bit of Gentle movement- accessible for all, to prepare the mind and body for deep relaxation. Then laying super cozy in a cloud of props, you will be guided on a journey through the mind and body. This systematic form of relaxation is blissfully rejuvenating.
