Sundays, June 30th, July 28th, August 25th 3:30pm- 4:45pm DISCOUNTED RATE FOR ALL THREE SESSIONS ($90 for all three) Please arrive 10 minutes early, so we can start on time. Location: We'll be at The Austin Yoga Tree, a lovely spacious studio space! (with all the props!) Location: 10401 Anderson Mill Rd, Unit 105B, Austin, TX *Wear comfy clothes and bring a warmer layer as body temp tends to drop during this practice. ** The studio has a lots of props (mats, bolsters, tons of blankets and blocks), feel welcome to bring anything that will make your experience more comfy. Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique with proven benefits in reducing tension in the body and the mind. It is known for relieving stress, anxiety and insomnia.
