(fyi very close to Austin Yoga Tree) Location: @ Spicewood Clubhouse 11210 Spicewood Club Drive Austin, TX 78750 *Wear comfy clothes and bring a warmer layer as body temp tends to drop during this practice. ** The studio has a good amount of props (first come first serve) but to be sure you have what you need, you might want to bring a bolster or pillow, and a blanket or two. Then laying super cozy in a cloud of props, you will be guided on a journey through the mind and body. This systematic form of relaxation is blissfully rejuvenating.
