This is a slow paced, all levels, softer approach to stretching and strengthening the body. Lots of gentle or deep stretching (depending what you crave) combined with some flowing movements, longer holds and mindful breathing. We will move the joints, stretch the muscles, and reconnect to your bodies strength. We focus on stability and grounding into the muscles that keep us in alignment. Options are always offered to make the practice work for you! This is the perfect practice to slow down, get out of the head and come home to yourself. Please have some pillows and blankets nearby incase they are needed for practice. Beginners welcome!
