Vision Board & Yoga Nidra Workshop 1/26/2020

Connect and Manifest in 2020
Join Nicki Simonich for a special Yoga Nidra practice followed by a personal Vision Board creation, and even some mm mmm snacks! This Yoga Nidra practice is designed specifically to support you in revealing and visualizing your 2020 intentions.
Nicki will gently guide you into a profoundly relaxed state while being led thru a special meditation connecting you deeper with your souls true desires. We'll then channel our experience into a vision board to keep us aligned daily with our intentions moving forward. This is an opportunity for all, no experience needed.
All materials will be provided, as well as some light snacks and tea. If you have extra magazines you're ready to let go of, feel free to bring them. Though not required as we'll have plenty for you to work with.
Never made a Vision board before, don't worry, you do not need to be an artist! Sample completed vision boards will be shared for inspiration as well as loose guidelines if needed.

Nicki is excited to share this sweet time together.
Please do bring your open heart and willing spirit!
